Aragon Plaza House Rules

These house rules help support peaceful living and provide clear guidelines for daily life at Aragon Plaza Condominium. Please review and follow all association requirements.

Resident Applications

All residents must apply, including residents in owner-occupied units. Management requires a completed lease, government-issued photo IDs, a complete application, and any additional requested documents.

Balcony Rules

Residents may not throw or allow substances to escape from balconies or windows. Indoor furniture storage is not permitted on balconies, and smoking may be restricted if it creates odor complaints.

Common Areas

Common areas must remain clear and may not be used for storage or obstruction. Residents are expected to keep shared spaces safe and accessible.

Tenant Deposit

Tenants leasing a unit are required to submit a refundable $500 deposit at the time of requesting approval. The deposit is returned at the conclusion of tenancy.

Laundry Facilities

Laundry rooms are for residents only. Articles left unattended for several hours may be discarded, and laundry use during quiet hours is restricted if it creates excessive noise.

Moving In & Out

Move-ins and move-outs must be coordinated with management. Moving is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and unauthorized moves may result in a fine.

Noise Policy

Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Residents must avoid unnecessary noise, and sound from within a unit should not be heard from hallways or adjacent apartments.

Parking Rules

Association-issued parking stickers must be properly displayed on vehicles. Vehicles without a visible sticker may be removed at the owner’s risk and expense, except in designated guest spaces.

Pet Rules

Pets must be leashed outside the unit, cleaned up after immediately, and properly controlled at all times. Only cats, dogs, and fish are permitted, and nuisance pets may be removed.

Reporting Concerns

Residents are encouraged to first address concerns directly with the offending party when reasonable. Violations may also be reported to management, with photo or video evidence requested but not required.

Violations & Fines

Violations of these house rules may result in fines, generally starting at $100 per violation per day, up to $1,000 or the maximum amount allowed by law.

Waste Disposal

Household trash must be sealed and placed in the trash chute. Recyclables must be cleaned and placed in designated bins, while bulk waste must be removed from the property at the owner’s expense.
